The word "photography" was created from the Greek roots φωτός (phōtos),  "light" and γραφή (graphé)  "drawing", together meaning "drawing with light." Drawing with light is an art. It is an art that is largely being lost on a generation of upcoming photographers who can produce fabulous results when the light is good but are lost when the lights go down. With over 35 years of experience in studio and location shooting, I have learned the skills needed to "draw with light" under a variety of circumstances. I enjoy combining the technical and artistic sides of photography to produce images of aesthetic quality. I hope you share my enjoyment.
